Hvalittlefaith -- I hear you. I take the alfalfa, but only 2x a day because I just can't remember to take anything in the middle of the day. Heck, its been a huge learning curve to just remember vitamins every day! But, I must say, some things have helped me just a TON -- I take Peter Gillham's Natural Calm w/calcium without fail because it is so helpful. I sleep better, my muscles ache less, and my mood is much improved. I see Teresa sells it on her website, but its cheaper at Amazon or the local health food store. Beyond that, I take a multi-vitamin, alfalfa, & omega 3's. Its hard to imagine purchasing or even remembering to take more!
