Hvalittlefaith -- I hear you. I take the alfalfa, but only 2x a day because I just can't remember to take anything in the middle of the day. Heck, its been a huge learning curve to just remember vitamins every day! But, I must say, some things have helped me just a TON -- I take Peter Gillham's Natural Calm w/calcium without fail because it is so helpful. I sleep better, my muscles ache less, and my mood is much improved. I see Teresa sells it on her website, but its cheaper at Amazon or the local health food store. Beyond that, I take a multi-vitamin, alfalfa, & omega 3's. Its hard to imagine purchasing or even remembering to take more! emoticon

Sorry I am no help either, have not taken regularly to make a supportive comment. Heck, I am having an issue remember to take my alfalfa and I REALLY wanted this stuff.

I bought it on sale...and have tried it, but can't seem to remember to take it before I exercise. I have NO idea if it helps. sorry..thats not much help to you.

I am finding that my quads just burn like crazy from T-Tapp. I can see how that is super helpful for burning calories, as the quads and glutes are big muscles. I've moved up from the T-Tapp More basic workout to the T-Tapp More Home workout and it is absolutely harder, and I can see that it is a mid-point to transition to the Basic Workout. I wonder if my legs will hold out though, as they feel extraordinarily fatigued. I wonder, has anyone tried the Pyruvyl Glycine to help with their workout? Any feedback on whether it helps? It seems rather expensive, so I would love some feedback.
