How to track T-Tapp in the SP Fitness Tracker: T-Tapp isn't listed as an exercise by SP, so you have to add it by yourself:
Go to the Fitness Tracker
Click the button: Add Cardio
Click the link (in red writing) "Manually Enter Calories Burned"
In the window "Activity Description" write your exercise: BW+, TWO, Instructional #2, etc,
In the windows under "How Much" you enter your minutes and calories *)
Check off the box "Add this Exercise to My Favorites" and the system will remember the exercise for future use (but not the calories).
Now you will find T-Tapp in the Fitness Tracker:
Click Add Cardio
Choose the section, Favorites
Click on the arrow and a scroll bar appears
Here you'll find your personally entered T-Tapp exercise.
*) HOW MANY CALORIES DOES T-TAPP BURN?
Well, that depends on your weight and fitness level. But in general as a rule of thumb we say that Basic Workout Plus burns app the same as 15 minutes Low Impact General Aerobics: 140 calories.
