I got my 3 miles in yesteday on the treadmill.. and a little ... but very little... pain in my shin today. Nothing like it was on Wednesday after Tuesday's run. Hopefully this time it'll be gone by lunch too, like it was last time. I skipped the ab work yesterday. I was completely lazy when I got home from work and didn't get my run done until it was time to cook dinner, then by the time I got dinner done, I didn't have time to do anything else.
Tonya - I totally understand about the rushed days! Wednesday used to be my crazy day, too.. until my daughter quit cheerleading and I didn't have to take her to tumbling anymore every Wednesday night. Now, the busiest day is usually whatever day my oldest daughter has to go somewhere and needs my car. I'll be so glad when she gets her own car!!
Today, I get off work at 2:15. It's usually 2:30, but I managed to actually get here early today. THAT is nothing short of miraculous!
I'm planning on a walk on the treadmill and the ab work that I didn't do yesterday. LOL.
Tomorrow I am supposed to be doing the No Excuse for Child Abuse 10K, but not sure my shin will let me do 6 miles. I may do the 5K instead.
It's a run walk.. so if anyone is interested in going, even if you aren't a runner.... I put the info on the 2012 Events thread.
