Salve! This is MsBootcamp. Viviamo a Roma e anche negli Stati Uniti.
I'm writing from Washington. My husband's Italian-Italian. I miss Italia, and am torn between both places. If I were in Rome right now, I'd probably either be working internationally in elections and human rights, or singing!!

Hi Everybody! I live in Italy in Abruzzo. Is there anyone near here? I'm looking for somebody in the same time zone to chat with and lose weight with. I'm married . . my husband fortunately has a job. I don't have an outside job . . . I'm a bad housewife (not my chosen job)!!

My name is Melanie and I live in Tuscany. I'm a Weight Watchers junky and have sorely missed it these last 5 years since it closed in Italy, so I'm happy to join you all as I try to lose some of the weight I've put on recently!
The topic was Who lives in Italy but it had drifted into work, so I'll just say both my husband and I work, thank goodness, but he has had to convert his regular job into a consultant job, with a "Partita IVA", and that has not been easy for him.
Hope to *talk* soon, and to lose some kg together!
The thing is, I really don't like the idea of having to leave my country in order to find a job: it should be my right (and my duty!) to have a job, not a privilege, not a luck. Our politicians are the worst in the history of the Italian Republic, the don't care at all about us, they are too busy protecting themselves. I should leave Italy because I want to, not because I have to, Italy is part of the UE, part of the G8, I want the same possibilities people my age have in Germany and in other countries. I don't want to pay for mistakes I didn't do.
