THE THINGS THAT WORK FOR ME ARE:
1.. I have to be very consistent..planning meals & exercising everyday.
2..I need to log my foods so I know if I'm eating the proper ratio of fats, protein, carbs etc
3..I need to drink my water and keep my body hydrated
4..I need to exercise at least 30 min daily..more if I can!
5.. I need to keep plugged in to my teams, for motivation and encouragement!
WHAT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME:
1..Making excuses not to exercise
2..not planning my menus for the day
3..not drinking my water
4..mindless eating...the day needs to be planned for snacks also!
..Buying those no no foods and having them around for temptations!
5..Giving in to temptations when out!
