And here it is again almost a month later and no one visits any of the forums here. Must be something I said. Nobody cares enough to write anything. I wonder why.

I did get 45 fitness minutes completed today, this Thursday, 23 May 2013.

And here it is Thursday evening almost Friday again.

I did get 55 fitness minutes completed this morning by 6:25 a.m.

HERE IT IS TUESDAY, 23 APRIL 2013.

I just did complete 30 fitness minutes on my stationary bike at 5:30 a.m. Now comes the kettlebells for strength training.

I'm here! It's been crazy around here, not to mention the trauma of this past Monday. My scale broke (no really!) so I'm not sure of those goals, but I am trying very hard to drink water vs. other available options. I'm adoring this warm weather though!

Good morning, ITEACHGEO--- Just checking in on you since we have not seen any post from you in about ten days. Have you been able to meet any or all of your goals that you have set for yourself? Life does have a way of dividing up your available minutes and then which way do I go may cause stress.

I was up at 4:30 and on my stationary bike at 5:00 a.m. this Monday morning. I got 55 fitness minutes completed by 6:25 a.m. I have had six 8-ounce glasses of water so far today.

I did toggle on the Huddle Team Stream and toggled SPREAD SOME SPARK. I do not see anyone else do anything on that recently. It would seem quite easy to do and get one point for the exercise.

Let us hear from some other team mates of this Team.

Good morning on this Friday morning. I am pretty much on schedule since I just completed 30 fitness minutes on my stationary bike. I started pedaling at 5:00 a.m. Got up at 4:31 and made some coffee and drank my first 8-ounce glass of water.

I was able to complete 55 fitness minutes this morning too. First it was 30 minutes on the stationary bike then 15 minutes with the two kettlebells and then it was back on the stationary bike for another 10 minutes and I was done by 6:20 a.m. I have had seven 8-ounce glasses of water so far and one more to go for today.

Good morning, Team Mates on this Tuesday morning. While I was pedaling away on my stationary bike early this morning at 5:00 a.m. there was a spectacular thunder and lightening storm. Did anyone else experience it while they were exercising this morning? I got 55 fitness completed and I just finished a great breakfast too.

I did a 2.5 mile walk/run, and am 2 cups of water away from hitting that goal. Funny how that one is often harder than anything physical!

Good morning and how are we doing on reaching our attainable goals so far this beautiful month of April. I have had two 8-ounce glasses of water so far this morning. I have also had four prunes and one cup of black coffee. I have completed 45 fitness minutes so far this morning too.

This winter has been awful for colds and such! Water is my problem too, and it's not even that I'm chugging other fluids, I just don't consume enough in general. I don't think I have been this excited for summer since I was a kid!!!!

A healthy BMI is a goal of mine as well. I'm about 25 lbs from a healthy BMI, about 40 lbs from my goal. I'm not sure when that will happen, as long as it does happen!

I'm so glad people are replying! My turn:

S- sweat: I do yoga at least 2x a week, tap dance, gymnastics, and I try to get 8,000 steps a day. I'm doing my own C25K program, snow permitting.

P- portions-do you weigh and measure? guess? use hand measurements? I use the hand measurement system mostly, unless it's something easy like carrot sticks.

R- rehydration-do you do enough? how do you sneak that water in?
I don't do enough! I'm working on that though. I have a 24 oz bottle that I fill up at least twice a day, but it should be 3 times.

I- investment-what fitness/nutrition tool can't you live with out?
This fitbit has become my best friend.

N-nutrition-what healthy foods/recipes have you discovered that you can share?
I'm all about lean meats and fresh vegetables, and adore Mediterranean cuisine.

G-goals-what are they?
I have weight loss goals, but overall, I want my summer physical to go smoothly, my clothes to fit better (or not fit at all!), and I want to feel good inside and out.

S- sweat-I like to do spin class, the elliptical machine, and recently started a C25k program

Congratulations, ITEACHGEOGRAPHY! This team is long overdue for some challenging leadership. I have been making spot visits for a couple of years and this looks to be a great move in the right direction.

I do sweat most every morning
I do measure some portions - not everything
I do hydrate with eight or more 8-ounce glasses each day
I do have a stationary bike and kettlebells for an investment
I eat fruits and vegetables every day
My goals are listed on my SparkPage and I do not miss very often.

Love to join in the challenge. Have be sick with this terrible winter cold for the last 2 weeks and still not back to myself yet. Went for a walk yesterday but was wiped out after 15 minutes. Will take it slow and steady. Food is not a problem right now because I cannot taste anything. Lost 4 pounds due to this cold.. Try to drink water but it is hard to swallow . Getting in enough water has always been a problem for me.. I cannot do without SparksPeople. It is a godsend. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Much easier in the summer months to work into my food plan. Goal is to be at a healthy BMI. About 25-30 more lbs to go.
