I'm so glad people are replying! My turn:
S- sweat: I do yoga at least 2x a week, tap dance, gymnastics, and I try to get 8,000 steps a day. I'm doing my own C25K program, snow permitting.
P- portions-do you weigh and measure? guess? use hand measurements? I use the hand measurement system mostly, unless it's something easy like carrot sticks.
R- rehydration-do you do enough? how do you sneak that water in?
I don't do enough! I'm working on that though. I have a 24 oz bottle that I fill up at least twice a day, but it should be 3 times.
I- investment-what fitness/nutrition tool can't you live with out?
This fitbit has become my best friend.
N-nutrition-what healthy foods/recipes have you discovered that you can share?
I'm all about lean meats and fresh vegetables, and adore Mediterranean cuisine.
G-goals-what are they?
I have weight loss goals, but overall, I want my summer physical to go smoothly, my clothes to fit better (or not fit at all!), and I want to feel good inside and out.
It is not fair to ask of others what you are not willing to do yourself.
