I would suggest looking at the "Healthy Lifestyle" tab up top next to "my tools". It has all sorts of links to workouts. I like the SP videos, almost all of them can be done in your living room! Coach Nicole has some good ones to get your heart pumping doing simple things like jumping from side to side over a jump rope lying on the floor.
Personally, until I can get back into the swing of things and feel less "winded", walking is main source of exercise.
