How are you about drinking water. The more water you drink helps flush out the system. Have you noticed any swelling because if you don't drink enough you start retaining. With all your work outs you may have built up a lot of muscle which weighs more than fat. As the others say maybe a change in work outs will help. Hang in there.
I'm sorry you've gotten "stuck". Just some ideas.. have you been doing the same workout for a while? Mix it up or add more intensity. Are you tracking everything you've been eating? Snacking a little, or eating just a few m&m's can add up to more than you may think. How are your portions? you may be eating more calories than you think.. just some thoughts. hope it helps. I've been "stuck" for 15 years pretty much, but it's because i start doing really well (and the lbs come off) and then i go back to old habits. Good luck! you can do it! :)

I understand I have been the same weight for 4 mo but I was told to change my workouts and I have and lost a pound so far so I know it frustrating but DON'T GIVE UP keep doing what your doing and the pounds will come off and I was also told to stop living for a number and just workout and do the right thing and you will notice the change in messures clothes and ect you can do it we can do it
I've been at the same weight for almost a year, been between 225-230 all this time and it's driving me crazy! I exercise like crazy and make good food choices and don't know what else I can do to get the scale moving again. I'm thinking about seeing a doctor soon, it seems like I should have made some progress by now. Very frustrating!!!
