I'm sorry you've gotten "stuck". Just some ideas.. have you been doing the same workout for a while? Mix it up or add more intensity. Are you tracking everything you've been eating? Snacking a little, or eating just a few m&m's can add up to more than you may think. How are your portions? you may be eating more calories than you think..
just some thoughts. hope it helps. I've been "stuck" for 15 years pretty much, but it's because i start doing really well (and the lbs come off) and then i go back to old habits.
