Great job Kris! One gone, hopefully more to go! I think getting pg is a great reason to lose! Looking back, my 3rd pgcy was the hardest because I was unfit and did nothing about eating right or exercising. Also, if you start exercising now, you will be able to continue exercise all the way through your pregnancy.
Having 5 isn't that big of a deal because by the time you have 3-4-5, you have older siblings who can help you with a lot of things! My oldest kids are really helpful and they are learning a few things about responsibility, too. ;)
Hey, I've been working really hard this past week and I'm finally back on track!!! I revamped my whole exercise program, figured out a new range, and have been really sticking to a better way of getting my water. And I'm losing again, yay!!! I'm the lowest I've been since I was pg with my oldest! Yippee!!!!!!
