ey all! I was happy to be last month's winner! For our challenge this month, for those who are interested, I am shooting for adding an EXTRA MILE TO YOUR Workout! If you walk 1.0 miles add and extra one! If you walk 5.0 miles, add an extra one! I think that we all will do well this month! To start things off, post your starting weight! And don't forget to post your ending weight at the end of the challenge! The Challenge Starts August 10! Good Luck!! THE WINNER OF THIS MONTH'S CHALLENGE GETS TO NAME ANOTHER "FIT" CHALLENGE NEXT MONTH! The challenge ends on August 31!!!

0:003:00 Min Warm up slowly
3:005:00 Min Increase to a moderate pace
5:008:00 Min Speed up and lengthen your stride; your breathing should be faster
8:0010:00 Min Do walking lunges
10:0012:00 Min Walk at a moderate pace
12:0017:00 Min Alternate 30 seconds fast; with 30 seconds moderate
17:0018:00 Min Repeat walking lunges
18:0020:00 Min Recover
20:0026:00 Min Alternate 1 minute fast; with 1 minute moderate
26:0030:00 Min Slow pace to cool down

Now step it up! July 26-30

Repeat three times!

3 min Do knee lifts in place for 1 minute, engaging abs as you lift knees, then walk at moderate intensity
3 min Do walking lunges; push strongly off back toes.
2 min Do side squats up, lifting arms to shoulder height. Switch sides halfway up.
2 min Recover, walk at moderate intensity

Now the final push July 31-Aug 4

Circuit training

1 minute of fast pace walking or any cardio
1 minute of squats
1 minute of fast paced walking or any cardio
1 minute of bicep curls
1 minute of fast paced walking or any cardio
1 minute of lunges
1 minute of fast paced walking or any cardio
1 minute of skater squats
1 minute of fast paced walking or any cardio
1 minute of walk ups

This is only a 10 minute circuit. Try for completing 3 times
