hello I just joined tonight, still trying to figure everything out. I read that reaching healthy goals and being able to discuss it with others helps keep you on track. I think my friends may get annoyed if I constantly talk about it so well here I am! I have 50lbs to loose. Can you believe this january with no snow!? I also am having it a tad difficult since I have shin splints at the moment and I am trying to do workouts revolving around it.
