It may be a time for a shakeup. I usually shifted exercise times (morning to evening) and moved some calories around to keep my body off balance. It is an incredibly adaptive thing.

I know how you are feeling. Please read my blog entry from yesterday. I was feeling the same way you were but it took me four months to feel that way. Then, I had a huge positive sign on my road to thinness. Please read my blog entry and tell me what you feel after it. :)

I have been eating better and exercises a lot...haven't lost a pound or an inch. how am i supposed to keep the motivation up when i'm not getting any results? i have been at it for over 2 months and still nothing. its getting harder to be positive when i am doing everything right and getting nothing in return.
