I love TurboFire. I just wear my HRM and enter the number of calories it shows I burn for each workout. I find that the SP information is a bit high for what I actually burn.
If you don't have one you can enter in the Cardio section under Other Activities they have Kickboxing (including TurboJam) and just enter the number of minutes you do the workout.
