I just joined a couple days ago. This is really great. I want to get healthy, lose weight, and control my diabetes. Tracking what I eat is amazing - I didn't realize how much fat was in a lot of what I eat! i am going to have to adjust my lifestyle in order to take control. It's really hard right now because I have had two months of catching one illness after the other. Hoping to be able to get physical again. When i first weighed in last year I weighed 321, last weigh in was 284, next one will be next wednesday- keeping my fingers crossed! Looking forward to meeting others!
