Sounds as though you have your days and nights mixed up. You will have to retrain yourself. Go to bed at a set time no matter what. Don't watch tv, or read. Could have some soft music and set the alarm to get you up at a certain time. No matter what stick to your new routing and it should work for you.

hey guys so i just wanted some feedback on a few things if you dont mind..k . thing 1 . im currently taking womens one a day , fish oil and fiber choice weight managment chewables*which work btw* is there anything im leaving out ? or is there other brands i should betaking to aid my workout/diet?
thing 2 as you can tell im up pretty late i can never get to bed unless im falling asleep to tv and i cant sleep before 3 am ! one of my goals is to try to get a full eight hours but its not happenin. my bf once took lavinder i think it was , and he said it worked but i have a 1yr old and she gets me up at 8 am and im dying . any advice?
