This team is wonderful, it is great that we all have each other to talk to and encourage each other by, it is so vital if we are ever to reach our goals.

I too want to encourage everyone out there trying there best to reach there goals as well. Yes and it doesn't matter how big or small the accomplishment is-the main thing is that we are making accomplishments and reaching towards something better for ourselves. WTG-Ladies we are doing it! I am new to illinois-glad to be here-met alot of great people. I have been battling with my weight all my life, but I am on my way out of the fat zone. I started walking in march 2009 and I have been walking mostly everyday since I started,I started out walking 30 minutes a day and now I walk 40 minutes to an hour. I have also cut out all soda, salty snacks, and sugar snacks. I have went from a size 24w to 18w since I started walking in March 2009. I have witnessed first hand the fat falling off my body and my body becoming toned and fit looking. It is such a great feeling! All you other ladies out there battling too-KEEP IT UP-WE CAN DO IT! THIS IS OURS and NO ONE ELSES! Keep your heads high and keep up the great work for YOU!
