Hey Everyone! I have been missing on SP for quite awhile now. Seems that I can't get back on this healthy horse. I am adamant about staying on this time though. My wife and I both need it very badly. I have such a passion for fitness and healthy living, yet I am able to put it off so often. I am wanting to get myself on track because my dream is to become a personal trainer. I need to live a healthy life if I even remotely think I can ever help another person. I know that I am the only one who can make this happen...no regrets...just a lesson learned. It is easy to fall back into the disgusting habits that society makes us think is "OK". It proves to be much more meaningful when I can turn my head away and not hit the drive thru. Anyway, long post, but just wanted to share my thoughts. :) Here's to celebrating everyone who is here with their heart and able to get through these struggling times.
