Ok, you don't need to be this detailed, make it as simple/complex as you want, but this is how another person had it, and she's lost about 50 pounds in the time I've been playing with the same ten (since July, not October), but I can see how this can definitely motivate a person!

Inches is a great idea, especially since those tend to diminish before the pounds do! I'm up for that. I already have my last measurements, taken a couple of weeks ago when I started P90X.

Here's something started on another team this month that I thought some of you might be interested in. Besides the pounds, there's other ways to measure our progress - inches.

thigh
calf

Even if you dont think your weight is moving very fast, it adds up. Would this be of interest?
