Trying to get my life back on track after the holidays and WAY too much fat/calories. I plan to eat more oatmeal since it is nutritious and filling. But, let's face it, oatmeal can be kind of BORING. So, I have tried adding the ingredients listed below to change up my breakfast. Any others?
Low fat yogurt (make the oatmeal a bit thick if you add this)
Peanut butter (1 tablespoon before you microwave and stir - adds protein)
Dark chocolate chips (just a tablespoon - great when you want a cookie)
Canned pumpkin (1/4 cup leftover from making muffins)
Almonds or walnuts
