I drove a friend to the airport and we were parked a literal mile from her terminal! So, I got a couple miles yesterday without meaning to. I was wearing my clogs though so the balls of my feet where they kept being "ripped" from the leather they stuck to feel like they've been flayed today. Wish I'd had better shoes on.

I did well when we did the Air Force museum a couple weeks ago on vacation too; maybe I'll put various museums/shopping venues on a list and pick one a week through the winter to make sure I get enough walking in since the weather will get too cold to want to do much outside.

A friend suggested running the bleachers at the school near me, but they keep the facility locked. I like the challenge of counting laps.

I live at the west end of a small town near the main street. On nice nights when I'm not working I try to go for a walk up town and back but sometimes I stop for a break at a friends house before coming back home.
There is a really nice walking/running track at our local highschool which I used to do with a friend. I really should get out there sometime to walk as it is much more level than using the sidewalks and would be more of a challenge to see how many laps I can build up to doing.

I'm at the end of the development, surrounded on three sides with water so we're a traffic "circle" but with an island in the middle and it's more like a traffic oval, lol. Walking around it is 1/10th of a mile so if I walk it 10 times, I have a mile; I do that sometimes late at night but everyone has big dogs and takes them out late at night and think, because it's night, that they don't need to have them on a leash, and I keep a constant lookout and that makes me anxious so I don't do that as much as I once did.

Around the neighborhood mostly. I try to go to the nature parks as much as I can get someone to go with me.

I walk in the neighborhood which is fairly rural. I walk on the beach. And I take walks in natural areas where I can take photos.

Always looking for new places, so I thought I would see where other team members walk.

I usually hit the neighborhoods near mine on the water. There is usually a nice cooling breeze in the afternoon. Weekends I sometimes hit the beach to walk.
