If you are new here (or new again or just visiting), please pop down to the "Introduce Yourself to Team Forum" and create a new thread to tell us you are here and let us know whatever you care to share.
Check out the "Eating Healthy and Exercising Forum to see what challenges may be in progress. Don't be shy about creating a post in that forum to suggest a challenge you'd like to see. No reason you can't start one up also if you are so inclined.
Anything and everything else you want to share, chat about, complain about, ask about... just create a new thread within the General Team Discussion Forum or add to an existing topic.
I hope this makes sense. If not, just create a post where you want and we'll still see it and respond. :-)
Remember, this team belongs to all of us. I'm just here to try to challenge, motivate and support you where I can; to stir things up now and then; and to lean on you all when I need it (yes, the support goes both ways). Anything I can do to help make this team more interesting and relevant for you, I am happy to give it a try.
