I did the same thing a few weeks ago with a serving of General Tso Chicken. WOW. that is a whole days calories. I am sure I won't forget the shock that had when I got home and accounted for the meal. Just think of all the times in the past we ate these things and didn't account for them. Learning from our mistakes is what successfullness is all about.
Don't beat yourself up about it as we all have made mistakes. They say we live and learn. So here is a great big hug for you. Sherry

I did a really dumb thing this morning. Out Lhasa Opso has to have an arthritis injection from the vet once a month. I take her early in the morning to avoid the crowds. After the appointment, I usually pick up breakfast and bring it home to my husband and me. Well today I stopped at Burger King - I purchased a Sausage/Egg/Cheese croissant and their value size hash browns. My thinking was that it won't be to terribly bad with calories and fat.
After eating my breakfast, I went to the nutrition tracker and tracked my breakfast. I just about fell out of my chair. It was 710 calories, 51 carbs, and 47 grams of fat. I couldn't believe that I had just consumed all that. I feel just terrible.
I guess I should have tracked it before I ate it, I usually go to McDonalds and get their egg mcmuffin as they are a little over 300 calories.
Well this is a lesson well learned.
Thanks for reading/listening to my dumb thing I did.
