I know today's food plan is not the "cleanest", but I'm within my calorie range, within my WW points plan, and everything is tracked and measured. I'm working on my water and need to start my first 10 minute exercise plan. I use the Wii. Sometimes that's all I get in and sometimes my intention never leads to action. I've lost 33 pounds since April 29th with Weight Watchers. It's a slow program but it does work....like any program if you follow it. This is a tough battle, but with each other's support, it's easier. My day has been one without struggles, so far...and for that I thank God! Hope your's is peaceful and productive!
