Wow! Congratulations on the weight loss. That's terrific. I always seemed to gain weight on WW -- too much freedom, I think -- but I have two friends who have been extremely successful. I like your idea of combining different plans such as Spark and WW. I had knee surgery two months ago so I am just now able to walk a bit, but I'm hoping to do some of these videos.

I know today's food plan is not the "cleanest", but I'm within my calorie range, within my WW points plan, and everything is tracked and measured. I'm working on my water and need to start my first 10 minute exercise plan. I use the Wii. Sometimes that's all I get in and sometimes my intention never leads to action. I've lost 33 pounds since April 29th with Weight Watchers. It's a slow program but it does work....like any program if you follow it. This is a tough battle, but with each other's support, it's easier. My day has been one without struggles, so far...and for that I thank God! Hope your's is peaceful and productive!

Hi Everyone: I am really having a difficult time with weight loss, and I was hoping this team would offer some support. I have been the same weight for about ten years and trying to get it off for the entire time. I used to be able to cut out bread and lose 5 lbs, but at this age that doesn't happen anymore. Are any of you having the same problems? Are any of you having success? What tips can you share with me? I like seeing what everyone has for breakfast, but I can't tell if what you are eating is having any effect? Also, what are you eating for the rest of the day? How do you handle exercise? Is it a challenge (as it is for me)? I would love to hear from everyone and maybe we can help each other.
