I usually weigh one a week. Same day, same time after taking off all bobby pins and unneeded weight and then right after I weigh, I get some extra exercise by kicking my scale. It never tells me what I want to hear.
Remember the slogan "this is the first day of the rest of your life?" Actually it would be wiser to live each day as if it were the last day of your life.

Hi and welcome to the team. You can weigh whenever you want...whatever works best for you. Most people weigh once a week and usually at the same time of the day. I like to weigh first thing in the morning after emptying my bladder and before getting dressed for the day.
I am still finding it confusing with all the different information on this site. It is a good thing, but in general I come here with a purpose to look for or enter information but end up who knows where. (grins)
Maybe I can ask here? How often do you weigh yourself? Every week,on the 7th day or actually 8th day? Am or PM?
