Does this work for back pain?

My name is Jeanne (pronounced Jean ee); I live in eastern Washington State.

this is where you lay on your back on a table that tilts with your head lower then your feet. your feet would be held in place with some type of brace to keep you from sliding off on your head. the idea is to stretch your spine so there is more space between the vertebrae so you are not pinching your nerves.

I hope this is not too far off topic. But, does anyone use or know about Inversion Tables, particularly as they relate to helping with lower back problems.

Live, love, laugh.
