Thanks so much for the help. I'm posting it on the fridge. I've been so busy but gotta get back to watching the calories and exercising.

The holidays are comin' and I've been buying everyone presents early so not to get overwhelmed..

I think the big part is getting ready for the new digital TV. It's getting complicated.

My favorite item on the list is cucumbers. I usually am so full after eating a cucumber (sometimes I eat 2 a day) that I quit thinking about ice cream (which is my downfall).
