This week was wonderful. Stuck to my plan, food aspect.
What was better? I was busy - learned new things- did not think about food as much. (and lost 5 pounds since 2/23/12) not looking for fast weight loss looking for more consistent weight loss.
What would I like to work on over the next week? well I did not start the exercise plan so over this weekend I want to start so I get motivated to continue. Picking up that book again tonight to finish my prep-work.
