I'm in the same boat as you guys...fell off the spark wagon in 2010. I gained back 18 pounds since august 2010, but I have started counting calories and SLOWLY exrecising again. Already lost 2 pounds this week, and hoping it keeps coming off!

But I have some new good habits from my big run = never did stop exercising. Have ramped up the treadmill and am watching my foods more closely - it will be a slower trip this time but one I will better maintain.
