Sounds like some of us are still here and plugging away - also sounds like a number of us have gained a little weight back and are in the process of losing it.

Lets keep after it.

I am relieved that there is still life on this team. I was thinking there wasn't anyone left here. emoticon

How is everyone doing? I am still plugging away at 23 pounds but I have (kinda) figured out a lifestyle that will allow me to lose a little weight and still maintain a lifestyle that I can "live with" . This is the longest I have stayed on task with a "diet" and I am pretty darn proud of myself. emoticon

How is everyone else doing after a year and a half???
hugs...Diane

How is everyone? I have been gone a while, but hopefully I am back now! I have been on and off the diet due to work and family commitments, but things are a little easier now and hopefully we can all get back together again!

I'm still here. I just now found this thread. I've been getting on and off for the past year, and have recently found my way back regularly. It's great! I've found some new friends and look forward to "chatting" with them. So far I've lost over 35 pounds and am about half-way there. Hopefully, I can reach my goal by October.

I just wanted to stop by and let everyone know that I have removed myself as a Team Leader on this Team. I am not sure if you noticed that I have not been on board lately, I am sorry everybody, but I just do not have the time to handle this commitment. I thought I was ready to do this but trying to keep myself on track is hard enough without giving myself the extra burden of trying to be a Team Leader. I wish Good Luck to everyone and Keep on Trackin'

actually SPARKLIN you did tell me your plan, 45 minutes faithfully on the gazelle and staying within your calorie limit, using the calories like money for the day and spending them carefully

i can't say i have a "plan"

but, that may be why i'm all of a sudden stuck

i'm still a couple pounds more today than i was jan 1st.....granted, for whatever reason- i really blew it in january-- totally my own fault......but it sure seems that it's gotten a lot harder for me to recover from any slip

anyways- i pretty much just eat chicken, veggies, brown rice- i'm experimenting with tastes of bread and buns and trying to fit them in- cuz i do like sandwiches- but wow- red meat is HIGH in calories! i still have a big problem with portions- i just like to eat!! so i'm still trying to find lower calorie food so i can eat a lot

but it's back to a daily commitment- every single day i'm fighting the old, icky urges

i blew the first year pretty much just doing cardio-- so i am on a mission now to do strength at least every other day......have tried both of jillian michael's new ones- they are free on my exercise on demand on cable-- and i really, really like them-- and i'm at least feeling the challenge of being able to do them "correctly" from start to finish

so i'm trying..........

sorry- no real specific help tho

Sparkin I looked you up and asked you your plan, because I have a friend who started about the same time and weight as you, lost 60 pounds, which is awesome, but she is frustrated because she has plateaued for the last 6 months at 225 now, and even though she is happy to have lost the 60 she is dispairing she will ever break 200. You have kept going, that is great.

anyone interested in doing Lent? Starts today, goes 40 days until Easter

"EACH YEAR, Lent offers us a providential opportunity to deepen the meaning and value of our Christian lives, and it stimulates us to rediscover the mercy of God so that we, in turn, become more merciful toward our brothers and sisters. In the Lenten period, the Church makes it her duty to propose some specific tasks that accompany the faithful concretely in this process of interior renewal: these are prayer, fasting and almsgiving," observed Pope Benedict at the beginning of his Message for Lent 2008.
The season of Lent is specifically designated to offset spiritual complacency and increase spiritual rigor. It is a time of soul searching and soul refinement. Here are 40 ways to make the most of Lent, one for each day of the Lenten season.

Day 1: Begin with the three 'Rs'. On the very first day of Lent, Renew your commitment to spiritual disciplines; Reflect on your spiritual life over the preceding year; finally, Respond by taking corrective steps where there are deficiencies.

Day 2: Read Matthew 25:35-46. Study this teaching of Jesus carefully. In it Jesus reminds followers that all people are children of God; that each person we encounter is to be treated with consummate dignity, respect and love. This is especially true for those who are marginalized by society: the poor, the homeless, the incarcerated. "Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me," Jesus said.

Day 3: Increase your acts of mercy. Here's a simple prayer to guide you on this path, "Dear God, give me merciful eyes so that I never judge by appearances, but see only what is beautiful in others; give me merciful ears which turn away from all gossip; give me a merciful tongue which offers words of praise and encouragement; give me merciful hands than I may reach out to the wounded with love; give me merciful feet which will walk toward those in need so that I may assist them."

Day 4: Offer arrow prayers. These are brief, once sentence prayers, offered throughout the day for different people and various matters - Be with this retail clerk. Lift my colleagues' spirits today. Bless my family. May I be a source of joy at work. May I handle this difficulty with calmness and kindness.

Day 5: Meditate. "Be still and know that I am God," writes the Psalmist (46:16). Meditation is the hallway which leads to a closer connect with God. Spiritual writer James Allen noted, "Jesus brooded upon the Divine Immanence until at last he could declare 'I and My Father are one'."

Day 6: Fast. In the past, many Christians practiced fasting during Lent. Restore this practice by going without meals one day. If that's too much, consider skipping just one meal. A gentle fast like this will refresh your memory that many people on the planet go hungry day after day. One fast day in Lent will serve as a reminder of the bounty you enjoy on a daily basis.

Day 7: Let nature be your spiritual director. "My profession is always to be alert, to find God in nature, to know God's lurking places, to attend all the oratorios and the operas in nature," wrote Henry David Thoreau.

Day 8: Identify a personal weakness. Write down one thing you'd like to change about yourself. Think about ways you could make that change during Lent. Of course, pray for the strength to do it.

Day 9: Identify a personal strength. On the other side of the same piece of paper listing your personal weakness, write down a personal strength. Think about ways you can increase that virtue and then put it into action throughout the Lenten season. It's always a good discipline to minimize a weakness and maximize a strength.

Day 10: Strive to be more like Job. This Old Testament man had virtues which more people need to model, "I rescued the poor who cried for help and the fatherless who had none to assist him. The man who was dying blessed me; I made the widow's heart sing... I was eyes to the blind and feet to the lame. I was a father to the needy. I took up the case of the stranger." (Job 29:12-16)

Day 11: Resist temptation. In Luke 4:1-2 it is reported that Jesus was "tempted by the devil" for forty days. Be like Jesus. Resist a temptation. Remember William Shakespeare's insight, "'Tis one thing to be tempted, Another thing to fall."

Day 12: Slow down. Quit rushing from task to task, from place to place, from person to person. Build pauses into your day to renew and revitalize your spirit. When you engage in a task, do it more slowly and more mindfully. When you are with a person, give that individual your undivided attention.

Day 13: Pray for people who irritate you. These are the ones you don't really like, the ones whose mere appearances annoy you. Pray for them to be blessed, to be happy, to be loved. You may be surprised how that kind of prayer changes you and your attitude toward the irritating people in your life.

Day 14: Focus on being more rather than having more. Spiritual adviser Billy Graham notes: "We are slaves to our gadgets, puppets of our power, and prisoners of our security. The theme of our generation is: 'Get more, know more, and do more' instead of 'Pray more, be more, and serve more'."

Day 15: Follow the advice of Saint Paul. In 1 Timothy 6:11-12, the apostle writes, "Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness." Work at cultivating those qualities more and more in your life.

Day 16: Donate to the poor. Write a larger than normal check to a charitable group which serves the poor. As you write the check, pause to pray asking a special blessing upon those served by that organization. If you are not able financially to do this, then do an early spring cleaning of your closet and donate clothing you haven't worn recently to charity. As you pack those give away items, pause to pray that they will be a great joy and blessing to the recipients.

Day 17: Speak your love. Say "I love you" to family members. Then, spread your love by saying to someone outside of your family, "I love you." If you have love for them in your heart, bring that love onto your lips. Far too many people go through their entire lives not knowing they are loved by others. Do your part to let others know of your love for them.

Day 18: Mend little rips and tears in your relationships. That advice comes from Brenda Shoshanna, author of 365 Ways To Give Thanks. "Is there someone you haven't called back for a while? Or someone else with whom you never made that luncheon date, although you promised to do so? Have your been putting off a visit?" she asks. Shoshanna reminds people that "unfinished business in our relationships can become little rips and tears, making the fabric of the relationship less sturdy with time." The solution: mend those rips and tears by making overdue calls, scheduling the visit, arranging the lunch.

Day 19: Seek forgiveness. Speak to someone you've hurt, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and seek their forgiveness.

Day 20: Offer forgiveness. Think about an individual who has hurt or offended you. Simply forgive. You don't have to tell the person you've done this, but just forgive, let it go and move on.

Day 21: Examine your goals. Do they line up with your faith and values? Be certain your goals focus energies in a positive direction.

Day 22: Listen carefully... especially to someone who disagrees with you. Try to listen without reacting or judging what is being said to you. As you do this you'll discover that the issue becomes much clearer and cleaner.

Day 23: Apologize. "A sincere apology can have enormous power," writes Lewis Richmond in his book Work As A Spiritual Practice. "Can you think of opportunities in your workplace where an apology would help? It is human nature to imagine that your hurts are more in need of salving than others' wounds," he notes. Richmond reminds readers that an apology is not only healing but reveals personal strength and maturity. "To apologize means that you are strong enough to give something up, to move some positive energy out of your domain toward someone else."

Day 24: Focus on inner peace. "Keep peace within yourself, then you can also bring peace to others," said Thomas A Kempis. Let your thoughts, words and actions all evolve from a place of inner peace and tranquillity.

Day 25: Reflect on Daniel in the lion's den. The young man, Daniel, survived a night in the lion's den protected by the strength of his faith. Let yourself be inspired by Daniel's example. Have faith in God, do what is right, maintain courage to remain true to your values and ultimately all will be well for you.

Day 26: Smile more. And complain less! Meditate on these few lines from author unknown, "A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it, and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it. Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give".

Day 27: Inspire yourself. Read an uplifting story. View a film which conveys spiritual depth. Study an inspiring passage of scared scripture.

Day 28: Be an angel. In biblical times, angels frequently appeared bringing good news. Be an angel carrying a good message to someone.

Day 29: Cultivate gentleness. Bradford Keeney, author of Everyday Soul, explains, "Gentleness values the softly spoken word, the tender touch, the warm embrace, and the kind, approving gesture. When we are in the presence of holy people, it is the power of their gentleness that moves us the most... It is their consideration of others that brings forth their fullest presence."

Day 30: Chart a new course. Ask yourself, "When was the last time I did something for the first time?"

Day 31: Walk on water. God always calls you beyond your abilities. Though it may seem that God is calling you to do the impossible, step out in faith. The walk of faith is nothing more than a call to walk on water.

Day 32: Ease the suffering of another person. Spend time with someone who is grieving or who is hospitalized or who has been wounded by life. Be fully present with compassion and love.

Day 33: Say grace. Before eating, pause to offer thanks for what you will enjoy. Express gratitude for the many workers it took to produce your meal - the farmer, the harvester, those who delivered the product to market, the grocer, the clerk who checked you out, etc. There is a Buddhist custom which acknowledges that it takes 72 labourers to produce one meal.

Day 34: Experience more joy. Author Sam Keen advises, "As you go through the day, become a spy in the kingdom of joy. Look for signs that strangers you meet are enjoying themselves, and actually or vicariously join them."

Day 35: Be willing to serve. "Have your tools ready; God will find you work," wrote Charles Kingsley.

Day 36: Keep your word. It's better to be viewed as hesitant, uncertain and indecisive than to make a promise or commitment and not keep it.

Day 37: Spend time alone. Here is wisdom from writer William Arthur Ward, "Practice the art of aloneness and you will discover the treasure of tranquillity. Develop the art of solitude and you will unearth the gift of serenity."

Day 39: Offset fear with faith. When intimidated recall and repeat these words of the psalm writer, "The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid." (Psalm 118:6)

Day 40: Look beyond Lent. Think about and plan for ways that you will continue the spirit of Lent after Easter!

I agree Sparklin'! It has been a frustrating haul. I am only doing about a half a pound a week after losing 11 the first week and staying the same for 4 weeks. Almost makes me want to break down and buy a box of Little Debbies (my downfall) BUT down is much better than up on the scale... so I'll just keep plugging away at my snails pace. I feel so much better anyway. ... emoticon The motivation is great here. .....Diane

i have to say- seeing that icon of having met goal gave me a lil push.....i so want to be able to say that someday!

even tho i know, in my head, that this is supposed to be a "life-style" change-- the rest of me hasn't quite caught up-- i've been a lil frustrated with how long this is taking-- i'm trying to look more on the positives-- but it's a work in progress!

it's amazing tho how, even after all this time- i'm still finding something new to learn constantly!

How nice to sip some green tea and check up on my same entry date classmates. There are a whole range of stories here, I am somewhere in the middle, doing well for regular fitness, not quite at my goal weight, don't have my spark page up yet. But am happy to have vastly improved my nutrition, fitness and weight since I joined !!

Greeting to my SP Class of March 2-8, 2008.
I reached my goal weight in January. I was grateful to make it through all the holidays and still hold on to success.
Now, I've set a longer term goal of keeping my goal weight for 1 year. I'm in the process of listing 10 top reasons I'm glad I've lost this weight.
I was able to record my measurements on SP but now my chart does not show up when I click on my history. I wish I would have recorded my measurements somewhere else. This I know, I've lost 10 inches around my waist. Woow! I would never had predicted the success I've enjoyed.

Sunny Friday, and so many things to do. I am having breakfast and planning my day and checking out the message boards. My computer is pretty slow at opening the pages, so takes about 30min to sift through the morning spark info, longer if I read and click for the email points. I joined last March, but for the first 6 months, skimmed the emails and didn't spend too much time on the site, except for the indoor rowers team. The last month I have been exploring more of what and who is on the site. Now I think I need to cut back the time I spend here, it is, because of my slow computer, getting to be too much time in front of this screen and not enough time DOING something, being active!!

I had a roller coaster year, last year. I lost 16 lbs a few months into joining SP and then hit a two month plateau before falling off the wagon for several months. Luckily I only gained back 6 lbs, so I'm grateful for the 10 lb loss I sustained. I am back in the saddle and really working to achieve my goal this year. I am down 3 more lbs for a total of 13 lbs. I hope to to lose another 3 or 4 by our team anniversary and the remaining 45 lbs by the end of the year. I want to celebrate my 30th (next Feb) and my 2-yr SP anniversary at my goal weight!

I am down two since I started But that is after gaining twelve ( then losing fourteen) Rough year when ya put it on paper! but I feel so much better now.
Changing the subject, has anyone ever heard of a Chi Machine? A friend who does massage and mind/body work recommended it to me. I popped it up and it likened the movement to a goldfish, it swings your feet back and forth. Haven't taken the plunge yet as I wanted to get feedback from other people on this subject. Any feedback??? thanks .... Diane emoticon

Good idea, to post anniversary progress. I haven't weighed myself in a few months because I am within 10 pounds of where I want to be and I want to keep getting more fit and then weigh myself when it feels good, then my weight will be about fitness and how my body feels and looks slimwise, and not the number on the scale. But if I haven't reached my optimum, I will weigh myself on the anniversary and post differences.

that is so ture. We think we have a the corner on this way of life, but it is new to us and I find that if we lived this way with our family from the start there would not be the stress we have now.

Since 1990, the number of multigenerational families has grown by approximately 60%.

Coming from an Italian family, they are multigeneraltional in that the young people don't leave home until they get married. Easier to do in Italy than here, because the distances are smaller in terms of finding work close to where your family lives. My husband lived at home until he was 31. Along with this goes that the young person turns their paycheck over to the parents, which can be good because then they generaly leave home with savings, but is also probably not something North American mainstream young people would do.

I started the multi-generational team a few months back it is slow to take off and I am hoping to get all of your help to pass the word on about the team. Multi-generational can be any one living in a home with Three or more generations living together in one house such adult children parents grandparents aunts uncles adult siblings any combination of family living together. This team was set up to share with each other learning how to make it work with the economy the way it is we a starting to see an increase the share of ones home. So please pass the word would love to have new members

Went skiing yesterday, very nice. Also makes for a wack of fitness minutes, seems like a lot less work than at the gym doing strength training or cardio work, but it does fit the purpose of getting active and it is awesome to be outdoors on the mountains breathing fresh air and enjoying the scenery, the evergreens draped in snow, the beauty of nature.

Hey everyone. I have been here off and on losing and gaining weight since I signed up for SP. I have no excuses...only regret that I did not utilize these groups in a way that would be helpful to me in my weight loss journey. I am hoping that this new year will be a new beginning of many more ups than downs. I look foward to it.

Hi Everyone. I joined the same time as you all, but haven't really chased after sparks points until two months ago. So I am dropping into the team tea room to see what's up and to collect message board points and hoping more spark involvement will routinize the changes I want to make. Sorry about your mom, tangytangerine, my mom is 89 and in frail health, she had a poor spell a few weeks ago, I wish her more comfort, she is struggling right now. Hope all your family is doing okay and remembering all the good things, as our moms would wish us to do.

Thanks Shark for the words of encouragement. I HAVE discovered that the blues are temporary. Its hard to be down 11 one week and stay the same the next. But I did a LOT of surfing around these pages and posts and I realized everyone has struggles and the blues are part of it. Changing a lifestyle is like losing an old friend but I know its for the very best. Congrats on YOUR achievement!!That is almost like poetic justice..heehee I know I'll get there too!!

Dear Tangy. Sorry to hear about your Mom. My condolences to you and your family...we are here for you just as you all are here for me (us) Take care... Diane

DM - saw this kinda late but wanted to offer some encouragement - I am almost to my first lifestyle anniversary. 55 pounds are gone. 10 to go.
Everyone is different but this worked for me - I commited myself to the overall change in my lifestyle - it is not a diet - I changed my diet - but did so to fit the healthier lifestyle I was adopting.
My favorite exchange which motivates me and keeps me focused is one I had with my mother in law - three months into the lifestyle and about 35 pounds down she asked me when I was going to eat normal again. Without thinking I relpied "this is the new normal" - I had made it - I was over the hump. 9 months later I am still living and loving the new normal.

You need to beat the blues - be as positive about your new lifestyle as you can - be proud - it is hard for a while - but revel in your successes. Be patient. Notice the clothes fitting better or more loose. All these things will help.

Get to that three month mark - it seems like forever but it is not.

You can do it.

Shark

A belated Happy New Year to all my Spark Friends. I know its been a while. Sadly I report that my Mom passed away on January 14th. It all happened very quickly. It's been a hard couple of months, and I expect a few are still ahead, but with the help of GOD, my family and friends every day will be a little better.

I will be easing my way back into my routine, so if you don't hear from me off and on, don't worry, I'm around. Will check back from time to time.

i think it's normal

not sure if it's always at that exact time, but there will be days like that

no idea why, but i have days i really have to talk myself into it-

hold onto "good days, good feelings", drawing on those on those rough days seems to help me a little

Hi. I could use a little advice... Over the years I have done sooo many diets and have had early success with most of them. and then of course gained it all back plus.(sound familiar?) anyway, This Jan I have really used the Spark People web site and the stories and racked up a lot of points and I LOVE the whole program that SP has to offer and I can really see myself turning my lifestyle around. It DOES seem more like a healthy lifestyle than your traditional "diet".My question is... Does everyone go through the blues after that first two weeks? In my history, I always get the blues after the first two weeks. I am a great starter, and that first week that first 10 pounds always goes (for me) and then the next week, the weight just doesnt seem to move. Starting week three just really seems like a CHORE. Is this normal to be so blue? or am I wierd? I should be excited but I just am not. Any advice?? Thanks for any input :) Diane

HI

O La Cantor, I'm sorry about that, it is summer here, so please forgive me. Sometimes I put some nice music on and I march just on one place. Lifting my legs abit higher and keep the beat, singing my heart out.

But the singing part don't stay long, because I'm quickly out of breath.. Maybe this will help you..

Hi

LaCantor that is how a mouth must talk, just stand up, and make today a difference - only today - because yesterday is the past, and tomorow is the future, all we have is today..

SparklingJewells thank you for your input, I really know what you are talking about. It is hard to stay on track. Motivation can I do, but the team must join in by doing something.

Wait I have an idea, what about a every day challenge. Every day something new. You all must help me on this one, because my ideas is going to run out. Please mail me with ideas PLEASE !!!

Thanks SparklinJewells, I think you get my mind going. Let me just think for a moment...

So off I go, have a nice day everyone

not sure what you want for this year's challenge??

i know i don't have a "well-rounded" workout program in place, i'm good with cardio- still not getting motivated for strength

sheesh- with almost a year in-- a good perspective on differences in thoughts over the year- what's changed, what's livable, etc........but no idea on how to make that into a goal

i didn't find spark til march, but started my "diet" jan 3rd 2008-- and i am really struggling to stay- or get back- on task.......long-term motivation/commitment/ something?? tips would help everyone, i'd think

I love Debra's saying she's not starting over, she just back to work towards her goal.

Me too.

When I first joined I lost about 10 pounds and then stopped reading the board, stopped drinking the 8 glasses, stopped thinking carefully about what I put in my mouth.

I'm ready to start doing those things again. Thanks to everyone for still being around.

Hiya, Snip!!
Thanx for the warm welcome back!!
Things have been a little fraught the last few weeks, what with Christmas, work and the fact that I am decorating and have been computerless for a while too! Things are a little easier now, and I find myself with a little more time on my hands to do stuff, so I should be here a little more often now.
Thanx for keeping things going, you are all wonderful!
See ya soon!
hugs,

Hello Everyone,
I am still here, but just getting started again. I did really well with Sparkpeople last spring and summer, and then just fell away, and I have gained back half the weight I lost :-( But, I am back, and I am here to stay. I am starting everything again, eating better and exercising, and I plan to start recording my weekly weigh-in to this team as well!
Glad to see that some of you have stuck with it! Keep up the great work and let's have a successful 2009!!!

Hi

Pookas I'm so sorry to hear of your condition. I think I talk for all of us if I say we will be there for you..

Just take one day at a time, and know that every effort you put in do change something. It does not matter how small just do everyday that you decide to do and the secret I think is to enjoy what you are doing..

I enter bootcamp. My first day went well. I am really excited about this. I think it is a nice way to kick start 2009.

Any of you also joining the bootcamp?

Have a nice day everyone

Hi Everyone,
Snip, thanks for the note. I think I needed it.I guess I've just been feeling sorry for myself. I keep trying and trying but it seems everytime I go and get weighed I end up gaining. But now the drs. think they may know whats wrong other than the thyroid. They told me I also had Lymphedema in my legs which I've had cellulitis 2 times since being diagnosed. Not fun at all. I kept thinking there was more to it. I did some research and found out it wasn't just the lymphedema but I had this condition that appeared something like lymphedema but it wasn't. It's called Lipoedema. My swelling is in my hips down to the ankles. It's not in my feet which is different. I made some copies of pictures and the info I found on the internet about it and took it to the dr.He talked to a colleague of his and thats what they think I have. It's going to be harder to lose this weight. I may lose some in my legs and hips but not that much. Everywhere else I probably will. weird. They say that it doesn't come from overeating although some maybe. The fat likes to accumulate in the hips and legs causing problems with the lymphatic system. They think it is heritary.
So you see I'm going to need a lot of encouragement from you guys to get me through this. Hope your up to it. Hopefully I can help you also. We need each other. emoticon HAPPY NEW YEAR

i spose it's hard to tell who's really stil here, and who just didn't shut down their account

i think it's like my friends list-- i haven't heard from a lot of them in a long time, but their accounts appear active

and i know it's time-- this place can get really, really busy.......

Hi

I took the time and start to visit everyone in our team. You can't believe but there are a lot of us still here. The problem is just how do we get everyone back here and get them excited about our team again.

Bootcamp - I did not check it out yet, I think I will do it right now...

I'm back!
I slipped away during the holidays and then I got sick. I'm getting better little by little but it's sure taken it's toll on me.
Cough cough
Wheez wheez
The best thing that happened to me in 2008 was finding out about SparkPeople. The second best thing was losing 80 pounds. WooHoo!
Now that I'm back on track my goal is to drop another 70/75 pounds and reach my goal weight.
2009 is my year to shine!

I'm still here! I'm thinking about the new YOU bootcamp. Last time I joined a bootcamp, I couldn't keep up with it, but I am in much better shape than I was then. I might try it and see how it goes. I am going to try to keep up more with this team.

Let's go!

Welcome to our Tea Room.

Let's relax a moment and have some chit-chat here. If you feel down, lets have a cup of tea and talk about it.

If things going well, lets celebrate with you, the tea can always change into a glass of Champain !!

It does not matter what the topic is, this is for us to enjoy...

Happy new year every one, let's make the best of 2009.
