Hi everyone, I'm Caity from Omaha Nebraska and I joined SparkPeople March 6th. I've taken about a two week hiatus from the site because I thought I would try a low carb diet to get me ready for my trip to Florida in June. I wasn't losing significant weight before, only about 4 pounds but after two weeks of low carb I just got on the scale to see I gained all that back plus an extra pound! I need to just face that my problem is snacking out of boredom and not thinking before I eat. I need all of your help!

Hello, I'm Judi from Idaho. I joined March 6th and have been logging my food and exercise. I'm trying to learn how to use the pedometer and it seems some days the steps are not accurate. Like today I exercised to a dance dvd for 60 minutes and I now have over 20,000 steps on my pedometer! I'm looking forward to success with this team!
