I am back at it this May. I need to put my health and fitness back on the front burner. I am not a runner by any sense of the word. I dance and swim for my physical activity. My friends have talked me into the Color Vibe 5k in August. I have had some knee problems related to my Irish dancing. My therapist said no running until after my final Spring performances. My last one is tonight. I am starting a couch to 5k training program on Monday. It is also the first day of summer classes. I have to commute to the university ever day this week. My goal is to not let that stop me from doing my running program in the evenings when I get back. It's going to be a challenge for sure. I hope everyone is having a great May!
