Oh My!! I can't believe it has been 4 years!! I had been at goal for some time, and I have crept up about 10 pounds this winter with football, bars, and eating at thiose bars while watching football lol! I have not been logging but just joined a march challenge where each week you have a goal. Mine is the same every week, to log food and meet NOT EXCEED calorie intake goal!! Week one was over 6 of 7 days!! This week will be better. It is hard to really get back into things.
Speaking of weight watchers, my best friend does that and i do calorie cycling, we both lost 40-50 ounds! Both great systems, and the WW reciepes are really good! She has got me cooking now!! I have been cooking sparks and WW reciepes!!
Anyhoo, I am now 124 and I would like to get back to 116 before my birthday April 21st, ultimately id like to get back to 113 but my boyfriend says i dont look good at that weight.....I disagree lol but we will see where my body is happy and leave it at that weight!! NO MORE YO YO! i am happy I can catch the 10lb swing before it turns into another 40 pound swing as I have seen at least twice before in my life!
