You've been walking this road pretty doggoned faithfully, Cheryl! I remember a brief time when you thought about throwing in the towel! Instead, you're integrating new habits and moving forward--good work!

I'm still rebounding every day for 30 to 40 minutes and walking for 1- 1 1/2 hrs. on the beach while I'm down south. I'm tracking again and we aren't eating 'out' quite as much as we did in past years down here.

I have been tracking my food and in range since Monday! Also back to the gym as of Wednesday. Done some cardio, some ST and yoga!

Working on taking back control of my life!

I working out in Jazzercise again--and this time my knees will not do me in! I need the strength training as well as cardio, and this is a great fun way.

That's right! We're now T-4 weeks to our FOUR YEAR SparkPeople Anniversary!

We've made it through the holidays, made it to 2012, and now we're running full-steam ahead again, right?
