I'm with Audra on this, having tried all kinds of weird and wonderful things before finding SP, yes they may help you lose weight in the short term, but they don't educate you about weight loss and what will make the change permanent. Keeping your food and fitness in sight really is the only permanent way to lose the weight for good.

Just wondering what everyone thinks about this 17 day diet that Dr. Phil is promoting on the air. It seems to be working but then...we had Dr. Atkins , South Beach etc. I still think Weight Watchers is the best and this 17 Day diet is going to fade out some day too.
