I've been using Spark on and off. I basically use it every time I've tip the scales close to, at, or just over 150 pounds. This last time was early March and I've been on just about daily since (if I miss a day I'll go back and fill in everything I've eaten). I've lost 10 of the 20 pounds I've gained and hope to lose the remaining 10 by the beginning of summer. This time I'm resolving to STOP gaining and losing the same darn 20 pounds!
I'd love to stay between 130-133, but I'm thinking I'll settle for 135-138 since it's easier to maintain for me. I'm still going to try and see how I feel when I get to 130 and reflect on why I stop and gain 20 pounds. That will be an interesting internal conversation.
If I make 10 minutes of SparkPeople a daily routine then I'm keeping myself accountable and I'll most likely keep the weight off. So, I'm going to keep Sparking!
I'm done having babies, so now my focus is on getting my body in shape!
Not trying to be skinny/thin-just comfortable in my own skin.
