I'm still here. Actually I forgot about this team. I log in my exercise every day and get my Spark Points, but that's all I do. I've gained back about 1/2 of the 20 # I lost originally. Not going to let that happen. I like feeling healthy and trim...for me anyway...and athletic. I want to get that feeling back, more for my health and aging body than for any body image on TV. So anyway, let's stay in touch. Does anyone know of a challenge going on to motivate me or should we start one here?

I have been struggling alot lately, I know that as soon as I can get my kids back on schedule with school and everything, than I can get back on track as well.

I am soo looking forward to making big changes this year!
All I know is this.....This is my year to make it happen!!!
