Feeling my clothes fit better, knowing I'm getting better, I've only lost 6 lbs but it was in the last 3 weeks (on a challenge to lose 11 lbs by 2011) but my bf says I'm more confident. Realizing that I can workout longer from week to week. Reading the blogs also keep me motivated. Seeing people that weigh the same or close to how much I weigh and how they have reached their goals! Also encouraging other Sparkers!!
Praise from my husband and fitting into smaller, sexier clothing.

Tight clothes! Big motivator! But the best is daily logging into SP and reading other people's successes and struggles, and knowing that I can do it, too, because I have already... Tracking something small that I'm consistent with also helps me feel like I"m winning the battle and should keep going.

You know I have fallen off and gotten on the wagon a few times but the thing that keeps me going is I have reached my goals once and let myself slide backwards and I don't want to do that again
He that is in me is stronger than he that is in the world :-)
I haven't stayed on track too well either lately. But the best thing is staying involved with sparks. I post everyday and log in. I am conscious of my fitness minutes and what I eat. I hate to report weight gain since I hold myself accountable to friends here at SP. I think as long as one stays involved and active on their teams they will continue in the right direction.
We might veer off now and then, but ultimately we'll have success.

Hey Tina!!! It is great to see you!! Now I'm not one to really commit here as I haven't stayed on track, but I think you have to have mini goals and rewards for when you reach those goals. I am also doing a new regimen that is working for me now. I can't discuss it here but if you want to know more about it, send me a sparkmail. I'm glad you are still working on you!!!

Trying (but failing) to see your goals realized can be frustrating. Margaret Thatcher once said "You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it," and she was absolutely right. You've got to believe that you will succeed! Never adm
I was wondering what other SP friends do to keep on track and working towards their goals?
