While I'm all for being supportive, that might not be a realistic goal.
The first part of a diet is very deceiving in that you will lose more at the beginning than you will later. For me, the first 20 pounds comes off without hardly any effort....and quickly.
After that, a healthy and normal amount of weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week for a man and .5-1 pound a week for the ladies.
Having goals any higher is just setting yourself up for a failure. And that can be a diet killer.
"Oh...I goaled myself with 3 pounds lost this week but only lost 1 pound. I must be doing something wrong." ...which leads to giving up.
I'm really excited for you that you've lost so much already....but I don't want to see you (or anyone) derailed because of unrealistic expectations.
It took me years to learn the secret of weight loss. Now I'm going to convey it to you...ready?......
