I want to exercise and truly listen to my body; if I feel like doing more after 30 minutes (which is a must for me, already because it's heart healthy!), I do more, but not focusing on doing it only because of burning more calories.

I managed the full five days last week, won't this week as am off Friday (YAY) and have hospital on Wednesday, so this week I plan to get up when the alarm goes off and not snooze for so long that I am rushing to get ready for work!

That is a great goal!!! I am working on going to bed earlier and getting up earlier so I have time to take a walk before getting ready for work and am always earlier where ever I go!!!!
