Hello all! I am interested in getting some activity on here. What time of the day do you find it easy to exercise? What type of exercises to you like to be involved in?
I'll start. I find it easiest to exercise after supper. That encourages me to eat light at supper so I can exercise without hurting. Plus, work and classes are earlier in the day, so that's my bit of spare time. So far I have only been involved in walking and jogging (although not a fast one). I would like to become more diligent at strength training and stretching.
