I am working on being consistent. I have so far been maintaining but not losing anything for the last month or so. I wrote a blog about my goals for next year a little while ago but some things in my life have shifted since then so all my goals still stand but I am adding too them, I want to get off my plateau and start my weight moving downward again I want to increase my mileage enough so walking around Ireland in July does not totally wipe me out. I want to do the 100 push up challenge I joined even if they are all counter top push ups. I want to get 50 miles of oustide activity logged on my garmin in 2013, at least 25 each of biking and walking/jogging. I want to clean up and organize my clothing so I know what fits and get rid of what I will never wear again regardless of size. I want to end 2013 at a lower weight than when I begin (even if it is a net loss of only a few pounds I want there to be progress).

I am am also looking forward to not drinking alcohol for a while. Starting January 1 I want to stop drinking alcohol altogether for 4 months and give myself 4 passes if something big goes on. I also want to quit smoking altogether starting January 1, I only smoke when I drink so those go hand in hand. I am looking forward to continuing my weight loss and becoming confident and comfortable with myself. Specifically, lose 30 more pounds and reward myself with a tattoo on my back that was always my final reward for achieving my goal weight. I feel I can do that in 2013. I am going to (not just try to) achieve straight A's in my last semester of University. I am going to travel; possibly to Australia when I am finished school. All in all I am excited to advance myself physically and emotionally and learn more about myself everyday of 2013.
Yes, it's that time again, where we are continuously thinking about what we DIDN't do well this past year, and what we want to achieve this coming new year. Well, instead of hearing "RESOLUTIONS".. I'd like to hear just what do you look forward in doing for yourself to make you happy. I'll start:
I would like to continue to not drink alcohol, I'm enjoying this new found sobriety I would like to continue to explore cleaner, organic eating habits I would like to make it through school this year, and not get discouraged I would like to do a backpacking camping trip to test out our survival skils. I would love to wear shorts this summer, and beat the heat!
Those are a few things that I look forward in doing to make me happy. Alot involve weightloss, and exercise, but if I make my effort into losing weight habitual then it should be daily.
