great ideas ladies! i lucked out this year! my oldest is too old and my youngest has his first practice for winter swimming on monday. they said it was optional so kids could go trick or treating but he is so close to breaking a pool record and doesn't want to miss any practices. he is only 8 but so driven when it comes to swimming. so a win for him when he breaks the record and a win for me too!
EAT RIGHT RULE: If your food can go bad, it's good for you. If it can't go bad, it's bad for you.
Anyone can catch your eyes...but it takes someone special to catch your heart!
Those are great tips - thank you for posting! I have held it together so far this year by not buying my halloween candy yet and staying committed to my promise to myself that I would stop grazing from candy jars/bowls around the office - it's been over 60 days since I've done that, so I am really compelled not to break that streak. Next Monday is going to be rough though - when my kids come home with all those treats it's going to take some major willpower to stay away from them!
