Way to go. One day is just that one day and it is not today which is the day you are going to try again. Habits are hard to break I know I have been working on mine for a while I am not perfect but I am better. Keep going on down the road of your health journey.

Yes, you should move on! Try again to eat better and healthier foods. Make a plan, have only the healthier foods in the house. Drink water, chat on the phone with a friend, count to ten before eating junk food. Run around the block and do it again to relieve stress. Best wishes on a new plan to deal with junk food eating. This morning I'm suffering from regrets for eating junk last night. Instead of giving up on myself, which is my habit, I'm giving myself a hug and moving forward.
