I did my regular weekday walk with my neighbor and walking buddy. 3.1 miles, 54 minutes. It was cool and beautiful this morning, but I was dragging. I have got to get more sleep!

Not yet, start in 1 hour with 65 minutes at the gym & later 45 minutes walk, then when I get back home I do 26 minutes light weights & light resistance band at home. 136 minutes total today.

2 hour total walking & 24 minutes with 1 pound weights & light weight stretch bands at home. I have clots in both lungs so can manage light weights. I have a book with pictures of the exercises so I put no time limit on it.

yes, a lot. I walked to & from a rec. center, 2 times, total 40 minutes to go to a ice skating rink for people over 50. 2nd time since 8 years ago.Ice skating was for 60 minutes. I am improving already, last time 8 years a go was a hockey game & I was goalie, no one scored on me, maybe I need to try hockey skates. I will use figure skates 2 more times, then change for 4 times to compare. I used hockey skates when I played hockey last.
Later when I walked back I went to the gym & rode the bike for 65 minutes. I am 54 years and did not get tired from all this in one day!

10 minute walk each way to ice rink at rec. center where I go to their gym, I get a discount on the gym, because of low income it is a free bonus till the end of March, when they close for the summer, helmet & skates free also. I go in 1 hour there.

60 minute walking, I have a few daily,any day gym passes at recreation center left, I will go in to see how many, at a open house I also got a 1 month free unlimited pass to use after my passes are used up. You do not have to start the 1st day of the month.

Yes I did! Kettlebell swings, weighted squats, pushups and a quick treadmill walk plus some light housecleaning. Got my 10,000 steps already!
