My calves are crazy sore from my run yesterday, but I'm still going to do my lower body workout today because it only works the glutes, hamstrings, quads, inner thighs, and outer thighs. Also, I'm writing my blog today! Woot! Let's win this week too!

drinking water is the hardest by far! i havent made it too often but my intake has been way up on the days i cant reach it. i am in my car a lot for work, and i dont like having to stop for the bathroom. today is an office day though, so i will try again

I'm going on my scheduled run today, and I'm going to write my December Review blog tomorrow! Also, yeasterday, I just tried out The Black Eyed Peas Experience on the Kinect with my brother! It's awesome! It was fun and it wore us out! I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a fun workout!

Hey guys! I've never done one of these challenges before and totally spaced that I had signed up. I'm so sorry!!! I'm a Zumba instructor and I wanted to join you guys to help keep me accountable and to really do what I tell my students to do. :) I teach at a local yoga studio where we have bellydancing, pilates, and various forms of yoga and meditation practices. I'm like the cracked out one of the bunch, so I was also looking for new friends who like to change up their workouts a lot. I'll be working extra hard this week to try to make up for my slack!

I'll be getting more sleep in tonight after work and my husband's birthday dinner, Red Lobster. Thinks to self, "Don't eat too much. Don't eat too much." lol. Also, going to get some exercise in too!

I'm glad everyone's been doing well. I won't be getting much sleep tonight, I don't think. My youngest son is sick. He's been throwing up all day and hasn't been able to keep anything down. I'll be up all night, I feel. Someone sleep extra hours for me tonight!

pretty good day for me today!! i got an interesting proposition for a new position at work (which is GREAT considering i was worried our department was going to get shut down entirely), i did pretty good with the food at the office party, and i shaved two minutes of my walk route time. also had the whole lake trail to myself, which is very refreshing! i am looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow!!!

ugh. i am sore today from pushing myself yesterday, and also tired. i did two videos with nicole, and thats about all i have in me today! tomorrow is our office christmas party, i am going to try to stand AWAY from the food table and NOT go back for seconds! and all those desserts! ahhhhh

Since starting back to work, I've had no time to deal with this it seems. Thankfully it's about getting sleep this week, because my meals have really suffered. I consider giving massages to be a work-out (and thankfully SP agrees since it's considered a cardio exercise) especially since I'm so worn out afterwards.

You should have reflexology done by someone who knows how to do it correctly. There's a certain way of pressing and rubbing the point that really helps it. Good thing I got a massage yesterday since I had to do two of them today. Man I'm tired.

getting a massage sounds like a great idea! i just read an article on the benefits of reflexology and i was thinking about trying it out. of course my boyfriend could do it for free, but i ight have to bribe him with..umm...food. yeah...food. ;p

My mom and I decide to do a 30 day thing together where we hold each other accountable to get atleast 15 min. of exercise each day so this should really help me!! :)

tonight i am attempting to make home made tomato sauce, hopefully it will be yummy. i cook the meat separate so the man can have his meat! i took a nice walk today and the cold air felt really good in my lungs. happy sleeping everyone!

Morning everyone! How was everyone's weekend. I'm still a little icky but mostly feeling better so I'm going to try to start running again, lost a whole week on my c25k so gonna have to start at week one again. Lost my stamina being sick. :( but by gollie I'm gonna finish it! If I have to kill myself. (Ok maybe not literally) but I'm finishing. If I run upside down or sideways while I've got the flu and bronchitis I'm finishing. And going to run my first 5k in february.

Today went well. I tried to eat well when we went to my aunt-in-law's home. I had a steak (a little larger than fist-sized), mashed potatoes, salad, and cheesecake. The boys got presents and we all had a fun time. Hope everyone's doing well today.
