i am at my goal weight of 120lbs...i've lost the first 10 lbs...i was tipping at 130 last march....i'm 5'5" and have a small bone structure...
i;ve lost weight in a very slow and controlled, healthy calorie range (around 2300 a day to support my 5 days of exercise M&W&F running 5 miles + 20 minute yoga and T&THR TJam sculpt & abs)...
i'm 38 and in my lifetime i have been down at 115lbs, but i know back then (20's) i did it not the right way--i just restricted my calorie range and hoped that running everyother day would make me lose weight...it did in my 20's...but made me feel quite sickly....
now that i feel like i've mastered a clean diet and maintain a maintainable amount of exercise (i've always lost to extreme 'anything'), i wonder how low i can go with my weight without being unhealthy...i'm thinking 115, but i don't know...is this possible?
