I moved my original goal down 5 lbs once I got close (within 10-15 lbs or so) because I realized that when I reached that goal I'd still be a bit pudgy-looking, unless I became a work-out-o-holic. Now that I'm even closer to my *new* goal, I already know I'm going to be moving it down again. Being short but having a big frame makes it hard to figure out in advance what weight will be best, but I agree with the others - watch out for "chasing the carrot" syndrome and don't change your goal until you're positive you need to.
