I am in the same boat with flu and pneumonia :( I had to stop at day 5 :( I will start up again when well, because I noticed some definition already returning to my arms and abs after these few days!

I am sad to say that I am not going to be finishing the 30 day mtc emoticon. I got to day 13. I got sick over the weekend and I think I have been working out too much, so I am going to have to quit until maybe next month. I am going to take it easy and swim more and do the elip a little more than run and circuits. I think I burnt myself out! Good luck to you all that are doing the 30 days! emoticon

I am finding it fun, I usually decide to do the program when I am bored with my usual strength routine. I am on day 9 today! I swam this morning so I am doing the circuits this afternoon. How is everyone else doing?emoticon

Did 2 MTC workouts this week, nice and sore! Also doing the hundredpushups.com challenge and doing really well! Hope you are all finding MTC fun this time around!

i am also back to wear i was before i did mtc the first time in 2007. 140-145. i maintained at 130 for almost 2 years then in august 2009 to now it started to creep up again (largely due to me cutting back drastically how many calories i burn thru running).

i started the program again in november. however, i was sick most of the month so some weeks i did 3 mtc and others none.

Wow glad to see that there is some activity on here. I wasn't sure if this was a graveyard site but apparently it's not! :)

Awesome work to everyone that is on the program....I'm getting excited to start mine soon. Scary for me because I'm back to the same weight I was at before I completed the program the first time. Exciting though because I remember how good it feel when I finally dropped those last 10 lbs with Jillian. MTC ROCKS!

awesome SPORTBUNNIE! I am on day 3, it is suppose to be a "rest" day, but I switched day 2 and 3 so I will do day 2 workout plus some running. I swam with my masters swimming yesterday so it wasn't a complete rest day. Good luck during the Thanksgiving weekend guys!

AKGIRLSCOUT & ANGIERUNNER you both have great plans!I wish you both sucess! I am thinking about adding 2 workouts of Jillians a week starting next week to compliment my cardio, maybe on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, cant fit in the 4 a week, but maybe I can do 2! I also started the pushupslogger.com workout, my goal is to get to 100 pushups in 6 weeks! Eek!

I was thinking I'm going to start December 1st. Of course that's not an excuse to over it on Thanksgiving but I wanted to give myself a head start on slowly getting my cardio back after such a long time without exercise. I only have probably 10 lbs. to lose but her program is so intense I was going to give myself a week or two to warm my muscles back up and get my oxygen levels ready for top performance. My goal is to be in great shape just before New Years because I have an 8 mile trek on cross country ski's on December 31st, just to get to my destination. Then it's 8 miles back. :) Got to stick to Jillian's plan if I expect to be able to hit that.
