Hi Ladies,
I am just getting into this group and saw this posting and it looked like fun!

The last thing I ate was grilled salmon with lemon juice and pepper and mashed cauliflower Yum (Day 3 MTC)

I used to own a treadmill and did use it all the time but we joined and gym and sold the treadmill

Before this diet I bought alot of stuff that just got thrown away... I still buy bag after bag of baby carrots and don't eat them all.

Sleep time.... usually late like midnight and up between 6 and 7 depending on the days schedule

My hubby of course! but if we are talking of the girl friend type, yes I have been blessed with a few BFFs!

I would win the speed texting award against anyone but my husband.

Tonight I decided to get myself all going on sparkpeople to help keep me motivated for this program. I need a buddy!

I think you'd win the most beautiful back competition against anyone, wow it's a thing of beauty!

1. What was the last thing you ate?
Baked Nacho Cheese Doritos (I know it's bad, I'm on a really bad kick right now!)

2. Do you own a treadmill? If yes, do you use it?
Nopers, I live in Hawaii, who needs tread mill lol!

3. What food do you keep buying because you know you *should* eat it? Celery, almost always waste the entire thingy!

4. What time do you go to sleep? What time do you get up? between 9-11pm about 4 am weekdays about 6 am weekends

5. Do you have a BFF? My hubby, Kari Hayes, and Rachel Danley

6. I would win the Most Oatmeal eaten daily competiton against pretty much anyone in the whole world I think!

7. Tonight I'm going to Do workout number two with a goal of another 700 calories and clean my house in preparation for the return of my hunny bunny.

Oh Sarah! LOL! I'm so sorry about your Max and Ruby playdate. lol! I'm thinking it must be along the horrific lines of seeing a live show of Raffi, Barney, The Wiggles, etc.

I need to modify my #6 and #7

1. What was the last thing you ate?

Dinner. It was a salad with chickpeas, cucumbers and cheese. One of my favourites!

2. Do you own a treadmill? If yes, do you use it?

When we moved this summer my treadmill went to the dump because it was so old and broke down. It's been two months without one and I was really missing nt having one so I bought a new one last week and it should be here tomorrow. Can't wait!

3. What food do you keep buying because you know you *should* eat it?

Fruit. I always buy bananas or apples with the best intentions, but they just go bad and I end up making banana bread or muffins. I know that's super bad, but I just don't like fruit that much.

4. What time do you go to sleep? What time do you get up?

I usually go to sleep between 11:30-12:00 and get up around 6:30. My morning self always hates my night owl self.

5. Do you have a BFF?

Not really anymore :(

BWAHAHAHAHAHA. I wrote this poll and then got distracted by work (geepers) and forgot to answer it myself. HA.

Ok, here goes.

1. What was the last thing you ate?

-I am chewing a piece of gum right now. At the time I posted the poll, I had just had some penne with sauce and two morsels of italian sausage (leftovers. Yum).

2. Do you own a treadmill? If yes, do you use it?

-No. I don't. I was considering renting one for the winter, but don't think I will. I should probably just go use my MILs...

3. What food do you keep buying because you know you *should* eat it?

-lettuce. I have a very hard time using up a full head of lettuce before it goes bad. I prefer just buying the salad kits.

4. What time do you go to sleep? What time do you get up?

-Lately, asleep around 10. Up at 6:15. HA. I apparently need a lot of sleep.

5. Do you have a BFF?

-Well, I consider hubby to be my best friend. But he'd probably have a cow if I started calling him my BFF... hahaha.
