if you are tracking your food on spark at the bottom of the page there is a button that says "full report" i believe which will pull up some pic charts of your %. that is what i use.
i don't do the math myself - lol

This may be a stupid question, but how are you all making sure you get the correct percentages of what you are supposed to be eating. I know I am supposed to be getting the 40/30/30. But how do I figure that up (mathmatically)?
PS. Math is NOOOOT my strong point!
